The guest Shiota (Reiko) answered “Ohno” because she feels he’s a very ‘my own pace’ type of person. Ohno made a sad face.

Nino: So, between fishing and and asking Shiota-san out to a date, which would you choose?
Ohno: Hmm I think I might choose fishing.

Everyone laughed. But someone misheard “Shiota-san” as “Sho-san”…

Sho: Wait! Aren’t you gonna choose me over fishing!? You said that ikemen ikemen stuff back there!

And there was a deadpan silence in the whole crowd with Sho giving a very confused look and everyone going “wth are you talking about?” Of course the Kaze Trio had to save his butt, so they went along with it.

Jun: Hold on a second, calm down.
Nino: O-ohh, so Riida and Sho-san have this kind of relationship!?
Jun: Ah, so that’s what it’s all about. We didn’t know anything about it!!
Aiba: Are you guys going out!? Do tell us~!!
Jun: I see… I get it now… (report said that looked like a sulk LOL)

And Nino gave Ohno the seat next to Sho.

Sho (in a very small voice): I’m so sorry, Ohno-kun… I’m really sorry…
Ohno: Didn’t we agree not to say it out loud? ← even O played along xD
